Ingenious safety rail feature which enables operators to slide the crates on and off the stack, eliminating the need to lift and reach; a primary cause of back injuries. These safety rails also ensure that the tray securely locates itself on the stack every single time; reducing the chance of crushed or damaged produce.

Made from HDPE as standard rather than PP,  the PVBI series are designed for industrial blast freezing applications. This is not the case for most other stack/nest containers on the market as tapered containers are notoriously difficult to produce in this material.

50% space saving when empty simply by rotating the tray through 180 degrees reducing storage and transportation costs.

Also, don’t worry if you already have large numbers of standard stacking trays in your fleet; the PVBI range works seamlessly with most conventional 600 x 400 mm trays, meaning that you can transition onto this tray gradually over a period of years without a complete overhaul.
