Liquid IBCs
IBC liquid containers/pallecons are used for the storage and transportation of liquids and powders. This is because these folding pallet boxes allow for space saving when they’re not in use, as they can be folded and stored away. Meanwhile, they can be returned for a smaller cost as their size can be significantly reduced.

OF1040 – Folding Plastic IBC
This is one of the market-leading liquid pallet containers from INKA Pallets due to its simultaneously robust and thin nature. What’s more, it now has a 1200x1000mm footprint, which places it as an innovative design. This is in addition to the collapsing walls, easy-to-use locking handles, and anti-slip rubber feet. In fact, this pallecon container provides the best fold-down ratio on the market, delivering optimal storage performance.
Additionally, there are more features, including the residue reduction system and CoRTP tracking. The residue reduction system works to limit produce wastage, allowing companies to save thousands during their operations. Meanwhile, the CoRTP tracking allows companies to keep track of the entire fleet via GPS.
The external pallecon dimensions are 1200x1000x1180mm, and the internal dimensions are 1130x930x985mm. Similarly, the folded height is 375mm, and the tare weight is 90kg, with a volume of 1040 litres. The IBC storage tank also has a static load capacity of 7500kg, a dynamic load capacity of 3000kg, and a ranking load capacity of 1500kg. Folding Plastic IBC
This is the second of the market-leading IBCs from INKA Pallets, as it’s both thin and robust. Its innovative design is only emphasised by its collapsing walls, easy-to-use locking handles, and anti-slip rubber feet. Similarly, it has the best fold-down ratio on the market, providing optimal storage performance.
This is on top of other features, including a residue reduction system and CoRTP tracking. The residue reduction system lowers the amount of product being wasted, facilitating cost savings. At the same time, the CoRTP tracking means that the entire fleet can be tracked via GPS.
The external dimensions of the product are 1219x1118x1215mm, and the internal dimensions are 1189x1062x1040. What’s more, it has a folded height of 340mm, a tare weight of 117kg, and a volume of 1250 litres. This is in addition to the static load capacity of 7500kg, a dynamic load capacity of 3000kg, and a racking load capacity of 1500kg.
