Quarter Pallet Size, UK

These 400x600mm pallets are half the standard Euro pallet size (800x1200mm) in each dimension, making them a quarter of the Euro size. Being quarter pallet size, four of these will fit onto a Euro pallet. Our 400×600 pallets have four moulded pallet feet incorporated into the design, with two ‘full size’ feet and two ‘half size’ feet, so four of these 400×600 plastic pallets will neatly and securely nest onto a Euro pallet. This can be done to delineate four smaller parts of a consignment that have to be broken up at some point in the journey or simply to allow the return of empty quarter-size pallets and standard-size pallets together for maximum efficiency.

Made from recycled plastic in a dark grey/black colour, these pallets serve their purpose efficiently, and some of our quarter pallet size products are also fully recyclable at the end of their service life. Types of 600×400 Plastic Pallets

Our quarter-size pallets come in several different versions. For typical retail display purposes, our light but strong PP6040 pallet can accommodate static loads of up to 700kg and dynamic loads of up to 250kg. It’s compatible with cardboard or Correx display surrounds, nests with others of its type, or with full-size pallets and is both made of recycled plastic and fully recyclable. The SF400L is a similar design that can handle dynamic loads of up to 300kg and is also fully recyclable at the end of its life. With a closed deck design, the P44 is the strongest of our quarter pallet size range, with a static load capacity of 800kg. This makes it perfect for both retail and logistics purposes, especially one-trip exports.
