Hygienic

When it comes to food and medical applications, hygiene is essential, which is where a hygienic plastic pallet comes in. Our solutions are crafted from food-approved HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic that boasts a smooth, gap-free finish. As a result, the risk of bacteria and dirt getting trapped in crevices is eliminated. Similarly, cleaning is easy since these durable plastic pallets can be jet-washed or steam-cleaned, contributing to their hygienic quality.

Rackable

Our rackable plastic pallet is designed to be placed in open beam pallet racking, and this is achieved via a minimum of three skids/runners under the long side of the pallet. Despite this, some designs boast a “full perimeter” base with five or six runners that run along both the long and short sides of the pallets. The beauty of full perimeter pallets is that they can be loaded on racking in either direction. We’re all about efficiency here at INKA, which is what we hope to provide to each and every one of our customers when they buy our plastic pallets.

Heavy-Duty Plastic Pallets

Our heavy-duty plastic pallets are a robust solution that provides durability and longevity. They are resistant to pests, rotting and moisture, unlike wooden pallets. These solutions will withstand any environment, especially ones with heavy loads, chemicals or extreme temperatures. You can rely on a plastic pallet that is heavy-duty as they are made from incredibly robust materials, and it reduces your spending on replacing broken pallets.

Our INKA heavy-duty plastic pallets can be reinforced with steel beams to increase their strength further. They can withstand static loads of up to 7000 kg, dynamic loads of 2250 kg, and racking loads of up to 1800 kg, making them built to take the largest load capacities.

POS Display

When it comes to creating point-of-sale (POS) bases at the ends of shop aisles, we’re here to help with that, too! These bases are smaller than standard pallets, as they’re not designed to transport goods as much as they are to display them. Despite this, they can also be used by manufacturers shipping small parts. This makes them a highly versatile solution.

Spill Control

Storing and transporting acids and toxic chemicals is careful work, which is why we provide the products that allow you to do so. It goes without saying that liquids such as these can’t be spilled, and our spill control products don’t allow for any drips, leaks, or spillages. What’s more, they’re crafted from robust rotomolded PE material, meaning they can be used extensively in industrial applications.
