This range of double-walled plastic boxes is all triple-layered with two outer layers that are PE filled with a PUR foam core, giving them outstanding isothermal insulation properties. This makes them perfect for the storage of fish and seafood, whether out at sea or on land.

Fishermen typically fill the insulated fish boxes with ice water on their vessels so that their catch can be kept fresh for long periods whilst out at sea, ensuring that the quality and value of the fish can be maintained for days.

A Durable and Recyclable Solution

The rotationally moulded twin PE shell also makes the containers extremely durable and long-lasting – perfect for the harsh environments they can be subjected to.

Suppose isothermal insulation is not the most important aspect of your needs. In that case, most of this range can also be produced with an EPE foam core filling, making the containers even more impact resistant whilst retaining a lot of their insulation properties. EPE-filled containers can also be widely recycled.

Dolav Style Containers

The fishing industry has relied on the original plastic Dolavs for several years, and it’s no wonder why. Dolavs are renowned for their long service life and durability, even in demanding environments. What sets Dolavs apart from all other solutions on the market is that they’re crafted from a singular piece of plastic, resulting in an exceptionally strong finish.

It was once believed that we couldn’t get anything better than the Dolav; however, we’ve introduced a new range of Dolav-style boxes. Our range boasts all the original benefits of the Dolav with some design improvements to offer increased durability and impact resistance. In fact, our boxes are protected against damage via reinforced corner feet and impact strength features. We’ve also introduced a vertical plastic rib structure on every side wall, so the container isn’t punctured by forklift tines.
