INKA Pallets’ Folding Plastic Pallet Box, or ‘Magnum’ is widely used across automotive, recycling, retail, parcel, 3PL and general manufacturing sectors. The LFPB 1000 975C 3R has the lowest folding profile of any folding pallet box of its size which translates to lower storage costs, lower transport costs and lower CO2 emissions. Usually plastic magnums can achieve a maximum (curtain sider) vehicle fill of 208 units, but the LFPB 1000 975C 3R can comfortably take 234 units (standard curtain sider), or as many as 286 units in a 3m high mega-trailer. That is an improvement of between 12.5% and 37.5% over legacy boxes.

This heavy-duty folding large container also boasts excellent strength to weight ratio, as well as smooth wall surfaces for much easier cleaning than a lot of other plastic magnums on the market which suffer from annoying dirt traps due to their exo-skeleton designs. Don’t be mistaken though, the LFPB 1000 975C 3R folding pallet box is just as strong and rigid as other models on the market, thanks to the latest developments in plastic injection moulding design and production.
