With tare (empty) weights of between 1.2kg and 8.5kg and dynamic load ratings between 250kg and 1200kg, INKA’s range of lightweight plastic pallets are perfect for all kinds of shipping, storage and display purposes. They are especially suitable for pharmaceutical shipping and air freight, where every kilo counts. By comparison, a typical standard wooden pallet has a tare weight of between 15kg and 30kg – so you can ship (and pay for!) four lightweight plastic pallets in place of a single conventional pallet.
All our lightweight, nestable plastic pallets are compliant with ISPM15 international regulations – these govern the use of wooden pallets in international shipping and exports to prevent the spread of invasive species, plant diseases and other biological threats. Plastic is resistant to these threats, so lightweight plastic pallets can be sent around the world without restriction or checks.
Speaking of the environment, when you buy lightweight pallets from INKA, you’re also getting pallets that comply with many other environmental and sustainability protocols, regulations and guidelines. Lightweight Euro Pallets
Our range includes lightweight Euro pallets (800mm x 1200mm), which are compatible with other Euro-sized shipping and handling systems. We offer two versions of our lightweight Euro pallet – with 500kg or 700kg dynamic load ratings and both with 2000kg static load ratings. Both can be fitted with three clickable skids to give them a racking load of 400kg, and both types are made from 100 percent recycled and recyclable plastic. When shipping empty, these lightweight Euro pallets, with open deck design and nine integral moulded feet, nest to each other, with up to 70 pallets per stack and more than 2000 pallets to a full load.
Storage Made Simple
The stackable and nestable nature of our lightweight plastic pallets also brings benefits in the warehouse or storage unit. With 70 pallets nested and stacked together, they will form a stack that’s only 2.2 metres tall. Pallets can be tricky to store in large quantities, and if you need large quantities to hand, they can take up valuable working space and almost overrun your premises! Not a problem with INKA’s nestable lightweight plastic pallets.
